We promise to listen fully during the consultation and take your desires and concerns about your hair seriously.
We promise to give you our best professional feedback and advice, keeping the best interest of your hair, health and well-being in mind.
We promise that if you are not completely satisfied with your service, your stylist would be happy to
make adjustments (within reason) in order to reach the initial desired result, at no cost to you, when you reach out to us within 7 days of your appointment.
Additional fees would be required for the following circumstances:
* It has been longer than seven days
* You change your mind and have a NEW desired result
* You choose to have another stylist make the adjustment/correction
